 Hello, I'm Lyn...

Hi, I’m Lyn Alderson, a UK-based freelance writer and author with a background in print journalism and blogging.  As a new Catholic and former Protestant I have been intrigued to discover the role of Mary, our Blessed Mother, in helping us grow closer to Jesus. So Mary's Child In Christ is in part an exploration of Mary's role in the church and how she desires to assist in our spiritual formation. 
 I believe, like St. Louis de Montfort and many other Catholic saints, that Mary is on a mission to nurture and bless an army of  "little souls" for the sake of her beloved Son and his Kingdom. As well as Mary's role as our Mother, I also plan to explore various other aspects of the Christian  faith from a Catholic perspective in my blog.
